  It takes something drastic for me to write a negative review, but I feel it is warranted in this case.
  
  I have been coming here since Regal Nails in Walmart closed due to remodeling. I have had my nails done off and on for MANY years and NEVER have I had a set come out this terrible. I asked the owner, Lisa, to do my nails, as she knows me well and how I like my nails- not to mention she is very skilled. She sent me to another woman who started, but I could tell she was not experienced at ALL doing nails. I’ve never seen this particular woman do nails before. I always get almond shaped nails, but each tip was cut differently and Lisa had to show her how I like my nails. She drilled my skin and made me bleed several times. I’ve had this happen once or twice with other techs, but this was overboard. She used too much acrylic on my nails so they look thick as if they are lifting off of my nail beds. She drilled underneath to remove excess acrylic on the underside of the tip and went right through the nail tip and left holes. I also have acrylic still adhering to my skin 6 hours after. They were hurried and didn’t even bother looking for the gel color I asked for- Perfect Match Flirt Alert. Instead, she was too hurried and used a different red. It’s a nice Color, but not what I wanted. Needless to say, the shape, color, thickness and consistency of the nails did NOT come out well at all. Each nail has a different shape and thickness consistency. I am very disappointed that I wasted all my money, as I can only remove the excess acrylic by soaking
  It off.
  
  I will be complaining to the owner personally, as I have about this woman in the past when she removed an older set. I will be going to SIMON at REGAL NAILS from now on. I don’t have to watch what he is doing because he is extremely knowledgeable, talented and knows my personal preferences.
